Yes, I work on a sliding scale.

I am not currently on any insurance provider lists.  However, I provide clients with receipts to submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement.  Many insurance companies will reimburse a portion of my fee after their deductible has been met.  If you’d like to pursue this option, please ask your insurance company what their payment policies are for out-of-network providers who are licensed.  (I am a Licensed Professional Counselor.)

Yes!  I offer a 30-minute initial consultation in order to determine if we are a good fit.  I believe our relationship is of the utmost importance.  If we are not a good fit, I can refer you to other practitioners.
